My Job in Juneau

In my pursuit of enacting or passing laws I wear three hats or play three specific roles.

1)      I will represent our area, district to the best of my ability. I will be in tune with our specific interests and problems in the district, but only with your input.

2)      I am a Republican. But my Party affiliation does not mean I do not listen, because I am an ISTJ-A. My primary role is to serve my constituents, I will take into consideration your party’s position when making decisions.

3)      However, as your legislator I look at an issue in terms of its effect on the entire state. In other words, “Is it good for the state, our community?

I have always taken all my jobs seriously since the beginning of my first career at 17.
